- Only tyres are eligible for return or refund.
- To qualify, tyres must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original and intact packaging
- A valid invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Tubes are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, irrespective of condition.
- No exceptions shall apply.
4. Inspection & Approval
All returns are subject to physical inspection and approval.
We reserve the right to reject a return if the product:
- Shows signs of use or fitment
- Is damaged or altered
- Is missing original packaging
- Is returned after the 10-day eligibility period
5. Refund Process
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned tyre, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original mode of payment.
6. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If a refund is not received after approval:
- Please recheck your bank account.
- Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing timelines may vary.
