The Tyre Mobility Kit has been introduced on the feature-loaded variant that is the XZ+ and XZA+ of Tiago and Tigor. These two variants will get a spare tyre, as before, and it has been confirmed that a spare tyre will be offered in the future variants too.

The Tyre Mobility Kit on the Tata Tiago and Tigor can be found placed below the driver’s seat. The kit consists of a tyre pressure monitor that can be charged with the vehicle’s USB slot and a sealed liquid pack that is used to repair a tyre puncture.

Tata dealers have stated that the Tata Tyre Mobility kit will be only available on the top-spec variants based on the demand. Also, it will be equipped across other ranges of vehicles too in the future.

About Tata Tiago and Tigor:

The Tiago and Tigor, budget hatchback and compact sedan respectively, have been equipped with a 1.2-liter three-cylinder which churns out 86hp. Although they have 86hp, they are not the best in terms of refinement, however, considering the fact these vehicles are budget-friendly, it can be ruled out easily. The two vehicles come with a 5-speed manual transmission and an AMT gearbox which is another option to opt for. Till now, 27,245 units of the Tiago and 7,688 units of the Tigor have been sold since the beginning of 2021.
